02How is the 8th CPC Pay Matrix in this explorer constructed?
The explorer takes the standard 7th CPC Pay Matrix baseline cells and multiplies each individual cell by the selected Fitment Factor (e.g. 2.81), rounding each resulting pay value to the nearest ₹100.
