01How are annual increments calculated?
Annual increments are calculated as 3% of the employee's existing basic pay, rounded to the nearest ₹100. Upon increment, the employee moves down one cell in their corresponding level in the Pay Matrix.
02When are annual increments granted?
Increments are granted on either January 1st or July 1st of every year, depending on the qualifying service period (minimum 6 months) completed by the employee.
